These dancing virtual plants are hyperrealistic, but there’s still something unnatural about them. They move calmly at first, but this quickly takes a wild turn. This ‘choreography’ is based on the motion of rebellious crowds and the forces of nature. The same goes for the music: sweet tunes are soon alternated with more intense sounds. On top of that, the plants even move out of step.

The artist duo is interested in the ways in which people experience nature and how they relate to it, especially in a time where the real and the digital are intertwined. Nowadays, people spend more and more time in a virtual world, which affects their relationship with nature.
