Graham Dean is interested in the interaction between a person’s inner emotions and impressions from the world outside.
Dean’s work is often marked by an unusual perspective and sinister undertone. Compartments II gives us a close-up of two skinheads looking out the window of a train. They react to something outside that we cannot see.
