This bird’s-eye view of Monaco harbour does not exactly conform to its usual postcard-perfect image.
Instead, the sky is grey and the colours are unnatural. Yacht owners and villa occupants are absent. Thomas Weinberger feels that their presence would only draw attention away from the goal he has in mind: a reflection of the world.
