With her video The People That Is Missing, Cristina Lucas poetically portrays the consequences of climate change.
The video was shot in the former Spitsbergen (now Svalbard Archipelago), a place where the effects of climate change are most visible and confrontational. The poem, which is read by the voice-over, is based on quotes from influential people, such as Alexander Von Humboldt and Bruno Latour.
