Pat Andrea feels that the power of art is how it works with opposites in one work of art.

One of Andrea’s favourite themes is the inability of people to find common ground. His paintings of human behaviour are often erotic and absurd. In Unexpected Entry, a door that opens on one side creates a wall on the other.
