Nadav Kander
Horizons XXVI (Stoke Saltings Towards Kingsnorth Power Station), England
2016 | Archival Pigment Print | 180 × 81 cm
Kander’s series, Dark Line - The Thames Estuary, is a personal reflection on the landscape of the River Thames. The reflection is about the point of connection with the sea, through atmospheric images of its slow-moving dark waters and seemingly infinite horizons. Kander’s photography is both an exploration of the world around us and a map to our inner selves. It invites viewers to pause and reflect on what is felt and what is seen.
